Yes. Stiff bodies are welcome. Movements can be done smaller, slower or with support (such as a wall or chair). Consistency matters more than range of motion.
No equipment is required. Comfortable clothing and a small space (enough to take one step in each direction) are enough for most practices.
Different traditions describe the same experience with different language. We speak of Qi as the felt sense of coordinated breath, posture and attention, and we reference research on balance, HRV and stress markers where relevant.
